Shipping
Orders typically ship within 3–6 business days. Tracking is emailed when your order leaves our warehouse. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered or lost after USPS/UPS acceptance.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Use an exchange label (buyer-paid, about $7). Wrong shirt from us? We'll replace it.
Holiday items / tees
Holiday tees are non-returnable after the holiday. December holiday exchange window runs through January 10.
Boutique clothing / gifts / footwear
Boutique goods: exchange or store credit only; tags on, unworn. No cash refunds. Jewelry and gifts are final sale. Items marked 30%+ off are final sale.
Lost mail
Contact us with your order number if tracking stalls. We'll help file a carrier claim when eligible.
Care instructions
Wash inside out cold, dry low or hang dry to keep prints looking sweet.
Gift boxes
Gift boxes ship USPS Priority, typically 1–3 days in transit.
