Store Policies


We try our best to get your little package to you ASAP. Depending on the season, our turn around can increase. Usually it's about 3-6 business days to receive your package. We are not responsible for lost packages. Emails provided on the order will receive a tracking number. 


If you receive a shirt that was made incorrectly, we will ship you a replacement of the same shirt originally ordered. It's easy, just login to your account and request a return.

If you need to exchange, please go to this link for a shipping label. Buyers are responsible for the new shipment label and the return label. You can reuse our packaging or boxes to ship items back. We know it is scary to order online, and we are always available to help! After the package is received, you have 14 days to exchange. After the 14 days, we cannot except any items or tees.

HOLIDAY ITEMS/TEES: No holiday themed shirts or items can be returned or exchanged after the holiday. 


Exchanges or store credits are allowed on boutique clothing (tops, outerwear, bottoms, footwear). All items must be in their original condition with tags attached, unwashed, and unworn. If these items show wear, stains, scuffs, without tags/ without shoe box we will not be able to exchange or issue  a store credit. We do not issue refunds, only store credit. Gift items and jewelry are final sale. Sale items marked at 30% or more are final sale. Please email us for exchanging boutique items, we want to make sure we have your size!

HOLIDAY EXCHANGE: All items placed during December, will have a extended exchange policy of January 10th. You must have the receipt, and all items must have tags attached, show no wear, tear, and must be unwashed. All shoes must be returned with the box. Gifts items and jewelry are all final sale. 

Made a mistake? Here is a step by step guide to return items:

• Go to this link to fill out your return details,

  • Buyer is responsible for the new shipping label and return label. Your total will be about $7. Add the exchange label to your cart, then choose shipping preference (First Class or Priority) at checkout. 

• We will then mail out your new item and a return label. 

• Once you receive it, pack the returnable item(s) safely and securely for shipping.  

• Stick the return label we sent you on the returns package and place in your mailbox or drop off at your local post office. (Usually you can reuse our packaging and retape)   


All orders are insured with shipping. 

If your package is lost here is what you can do:

1. Check tracking number is USPS.COM. Sometimes it can give you more details as to where your package is. 

2. Check with your local USPS post office. 

3. Message us, we have no problem helping you track down your package. 


 You are also provided washing instructions with your package. 

Wash, dry on low or hang dry, wear everyday! It's always safe to read the tags of each item. 


Typically our gift boxes will ship 1-3 business days after the order is placed. If you need your box by a special date, please email us.  We are not responsible for lost gift boxes in the US mail. We ship all boxes with USPS Priority.
Gift receipts are not included in the gift boxes. Receipts are emailed to the email provided when the order is placed. Refunds are not giving on gift boxes unless we packaged something wrong.



  • Who makes our shirts? We do! All designs are created in house and copyrighted to us. Some of our shirts are made at our warehouse and some are made at a local print shop to us. 
  • How does sizing work? Most of our tees are unisex, and fit just like a regular t-shirt. Some of our styles are a "women's fit" and may be a loose,flowy style but still true to size. 
  • How long does shipping take? We work in the warehouse Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the days will ship on week days. Orders placed on the weekend will ship Monday-Tuesday. Once you order, you can expect your shirt to deliver 2-6 business days.
  • What if we are out of stock? Most of the time we are reprint and restocking. There are times printing can fall behind, which can affect our typical turnaround. If you would like to exchange a shirt that is out of stock, we can offer you a store credit. 
  • My shirt doesn't fit, now what? No worries, we always do exchanges. Just go to the exchange link above, and we will send your new label and new tee. You have 7 days to exchange the order, after the package is recieved.
  • I sent a gift box, and the shirt doesn't fit, now what? Again, don't fret. We will exchange the tee size for you. Just visit our exchange link in the shop and we will ship out the correct tee and label. 
  • I was sent the wrong item!? Yikes, sorry about that. We are human and sometimes get a little ahead of ourselves. We will always fix our mistakes and our own costs. 
  • My item or gift box is damaged. No worries, please send us a picture of the damaged item, and we will fix it. 
  • Can I cancel my order? All orders are date and time stamped. Because we like to package right away, you have 1 hour after ordering to cancel your order. After 1 hour, your order may already be in the mail and no refunds can be given.
